 Minimum Requirements : SASSA Grant Administrator

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Be computer literate

 Additional Advantage

Candidates with the following qualifications and experience will have an edge:

  • valid drivers license
  • recognized NQF Level 6 or 7 qualification (SAQA-accredited)
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience

 Key Responsibilities : SASSA Grant Administrator

As a Grant Administratoryour duties will include:

  • Processing and managing social grants at the local office level
  • Screening all grant applications efficiently
  • Capturing applicant data into the system accurately
  • Assisting customers and handling required grant documents
  • Ensuring compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3, Section 57)
  • Verifying grant applications for accuracy and quality
