About the Programme:
This programme aims to develop the skills of talented graduates in various fields, contributing to the growth and development of the Polokwane Municipality. You’ll gain practical experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Stipend: R18,000 per month
Contract: 3-year fixed term
Closing Date: 31 March 2025


Available Positions:

  • Civil Engineers (Water/Hydraulic)
  • Electrical Engineers (Energy Services)
  • Construction Project Management (Economic Development and Planning)
  • Property Valuers (Economic Development and Planning)
  • Construction Project Management (Roads and Stormwater)
  • Construction Project Management (Transportation)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, B-Tech, Honours, or Diploma in the specified field (refer to the image for specific qualifications).
  • Must be unemployed.
  • Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African Identity Document.
  • Must be under the age of 35.
  • Must not have previously participated in any government graduate programme.
  • Stamped original proof of residence (Letter from Traditional Authority or Municipal Utility Bill).
