Salary
The salary for these positions ranges from R308,154 to R362,994 per annum. Successful candidates will be required to sign a performance agreement as part of their employment contract.

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualification
- A Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification is required.
Experience
- Relevant administrative experience in family law matters is essential.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with the Maintenance Act (Act 99 of 1998) is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Legal Document Service:
- Serve maintenance summons, subpoenas, warrants, and garnishee orders within the district, as stipulated under the Maintenance Act.
- Locating Individuals:
- Identify and locate individuals for legal and administrative purposes related to maintenance cases.
- Court Testimony:
- Provide testimony in court under oath as required during maintenance proceedings.
- Administrative Support:
- Deliver efficient administrative assistance to the office, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance-related tasks.
