Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12(Matric) and Secretarial Diploma.
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Front page skills and SAP interface.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience at Senior Executive in an administration environment.
Primary Duties
- Providing a general secretarial function, i.e. effective co-ordination of travel arrangements, adequate supply of stationery and diary management, reception services, fielding telephone calls and correspondence as well a responding where appropriate and, event management.
- Providing general administrative support including managing a filing system.
- Documents Quality Assurance to ensure final work is accurate, presentable and meets Corporate Identity and standards.
- Maintaining good customer (internal and external) relationships between stakeholders and the Division at all times.
- Performing duties timeously to meet divisional targets.
- Taking action points and writing minutes of meetings.
- Maintain working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
