CONTACT CENTRE TRAINER (BPO) GAUTENG AREA
Best For U is looking for a self-motivated talented person with exceptional training and people skills, to join a team of experienced professionals in the Gauteng area. Please note this is NOT a remote position and onsite attendance is required to do face-to-face training daily.
Daily Duties :In this role, you will support and train new hires and existing agents to develop their knowledge of our products ,processes and our systems. Regular refreshers training will also be conducted on existing agents and when we launch new products or update our processes.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
Main purpose: The key purpose of this role is to lead, coach, develop, motivate, and train our sales agents while ensuring that we offer the best service to our customers and maximize sales for our company.
Daily Functions include the following:
· Deliver high quality and impactful face to face training on agent daily operations
· Inspire and motivate learners to improve their selling skills and achieve sales targets
· Coach agents one on one to achieve individual performance goals
· Strong administration : maintain accurate training records and update reports daily
· Assessments : carrying out product and technical skills assessments following the delivery of training
Summary of key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist with Curriculum Development: Assist with the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning , and other resources needed.
- Conduct training sessions in a classroom or virtual environment using learning aids.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of the training session through participant feedback and performance evaluations.
- Make necessary adjustments to improve training content and delivery methods.
Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ work experience as a Trainer or Facilitator in preferably a sales environment
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Facilitator/ Trainer/ Instructor certifications beneficial
- Knowledge and experience in Contact Centre, BPO , Telecoms industry preferred
Additional Information
Travel : Must be willing to commute between various business units within the Gauteng area.
Salary : R15,000 (+ incentives after probation period )
